COCONUT/MINT CHUTNI MIX 10G – Sachet (Pack of 10 Nos)
Ingredients: Fried Gram Dal, Iodized Salt, Dehydrated Green Chilli Flakes, Dehydrated Coriander Leaves and Tamarind Powder.
Instructions for use:
• In a Mixer grinder take 80 g of grated coconut and add full contents of this sachet.
• Add 165 ml of water little by little and grind to nice / fine paste.
• Taste the chutni, in case of more spice add additional 20 g grated coconut and grind for a while again.
• Give tadka with 5 ml Coconut oil, mustard and fresh curry leaves.
• For mint chutni, add 25g of pudina while grinding.
