Sambar Powder 14G – Sachet (Pack of 10 Nos)
Ingredients: Whole Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Whole Cumin, Red Gram Dal, Whole Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Refined Sunflower Oil, Turmeric Powder and Whole Black Pepper.
Instructions for use:
• Cook 200g toor dal, mash and keep aside.
• Heat 10ml oil, add 2g mustard seeds, curry leaves, 200g Vegetables (50g each of carrot, beans, onions and drumsticks) or other vegetables of your choice and sauté.
• Add full contents of this sachet and add 1 liter of water and bring to boil. Add mashed dal and cook till vegetables are tender.
• Add tamarind pulp (50g dissolved in 50ml water) and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
• Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
